AFTER SALES SERVICE
You may apply for a claim in case of damaged model, missing parts, and shipping error. In order to be valid it has to be sent to our after sales service.
If you bought your miniature through warminiature.com or Amazon, please send your claim with a clear and short email to firstname.lastname@example.org within two weeks from your order delivery date. A photo of the mentioned problem must be included.
If you bought your model through a retail store or any other seller you will have to deal directly with the seller.
AFTER SALES SERVICE AND RETURNS
No exchange will be permitted if the parts can be easily replaced (decals, window panes, antennas…).
We provide extra parts -free of charge- if you received your model with a broken or missing part as described above.
However our parts inventory is limited so we will only be able to provide parts within 3 months of the purchasing date of the model.
Exchange or Refund :
In case of major damage, we offer a 7 days return policy from the agreement date with our after sale service. Each item must be returned in its original packaging. Shipping will have to be paid by the customer in a first time.
If the exchange is possible, we will ship you a new model.
If the model can not be replaced we will refund you via paypal or credit card. Warminiature will refund your return shipping charges as well based on the standard postal service charges.
